As part of the Bronston Chiropractic family, the Community Care Clinic was developed from our vision of integrated healthcare. Our doctors and nurse practitioner offer diagnosis and treatment of common medical conditions including ear infections, rashes, wart removal, scratchy throat, urinary tract infections, and common screenings. We also provide digital x-rays, lab testing, and prescriptions. When needed, we partner with local medical facilities to provide you with a deeper level of care and treatment.

We’ll connect with your insurance to help you get the most out of your healthcare benefits, lowering the overall amount that you pay out of pocket. Telemedicine appointments are also available for your convenience. As we help you get better, we’ll also teach you strategies for improving your health and preventing future illnesses.
WCA Group Health Trust has a special contract with the Community Care Clinic, offering medical services for employees and family members under the District’s Group Health Plan. Currently, this includes Holmen, Melrose/Mindoro and La Crosse school districts, plus La Crosse County employees. Primary medical services are paid at 100%; the deductible, co-insurance and office visit co-pays are waived. Western Technical College employees also receive 100% coverage for medical services. The Community Care Clinic is in-network for BlueCross BlueShield, with deeply discounted cash prices. The Clinic also bills directly to Medicare.
