Dr. Allen has a passion for evaluating and treating injuries. Becoming trained in musculoskeletal ultrasound has allowed him to make much better diagnosis and treatment plans for patients, particularly with overuse injuries. Evaluating and treating back pain is another area about which he is passionate. He enjoys seeing the improvement in pain levels and function after performing osteopathic manipulation on patients. In recent years, he has become proficient in performing many different types of diagnostic ultrasound, including musculoskeletal, abdominal, GYN, thyroid, breast, and testicular.

Dr. Allen’s favorite activity is cross-country skiing. He usually participates in 2 to 3 moderate-length ski races a year. Although not competitive in these races, he thoroughly enjoys skiing 35 km through beautiful words on perfectly groomed trails.
