For fast and affordable breakfasts, make a stack of our homemade oatmeal packets for school or work days. Kids can help! You’ll be set to serve a nutritious meal made with all-natural ingredients. Use snack-size baggies (reusable). For each packet, combine:

1/3 cup quick-cooking oatmeal

1/2 tsp ground flaxseed

1/2 tsp chia seed

1 Tbsp raisins

Pinch Celtic/sea salt

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1/2 Tbsp dark brown sugar

For each serving, use a bowl or large mug. Add one homemade oatmeal packet plus 1/3 cup milk (any kind) and 1/3 cup water. Microwave 1-2 minutes at 80-90% power, depending on your oven. Top with a bit of extra milk if desired.

Tip: Serve with two pre-cooked turkey sausages for extra protein.
