Poor posture can contribute to back pain. Make time to improve your posture, especially in the workplace. Be sure to sit in a chair with good lumbar support and walk around every 30 minutes or so.
Lack of sleep may also be the primary source of your back pain. Now's a good time to invest in a new mattress if you can't remember when you bought yours.
