You spend a lot of time at your desk every day, and this can amount to unwanted and unpleasant pain and discomfort. With a few simple adjustments, however, you can maximize comfort in the office.
Start with your chair. Invest in one with lumbar support, seat depth, reclining ability and arm rests. You can also add an ergonomic pad to your seat for extra satisfaction.
Then, consider your desktop screen, keyboard and mouse placement. Determine your natural posture and then position your office equipment so that your arms rest at a ninety-degree angle.
