Hit the slopes without back pain this winter [Video]

Whether you ski, snowboard or just enjoy walking in the woods, there are a host of things that could cause you pain this winter. Here are some tips to avoid that and have fun.

Like all sports, warming up and preparing is part of the process. Strengthen your core through standard indoor exercises and keep your dominant muscles in good shape!  And when we say warm up, we mean it: The cold weather can leave you feeling extra stiff.

Finally, make the right choices before going out to ensure you have a good time. Don’t wear ill-fitting equipment or tackle a hill that’s too bumpy.
