Spending lots of time on your phone? Don’t be surprised if you start to feel it. Text neck, also known as Forward Head Posture, is a real problem. You might not notice that you do it, but leaning your head forward at the wrong angle can add weight to your upper body.
Pay attention to your body to see if you might have the symptoms. Notice if you crane your head forward too much, spend a lot of time on your device or have pain in your neck.
Try to keep the phone level with your eyes to avoid this. Another great tip is to simply take breaks so you’re not spending all your time on your phone.
